Chiru B day celebrations coverage

Birthday celebrations of Chiranjeevi were held grandly by Chiranjeevi fans on the night of 21 August at Shilpa Kala Vedika, Madhapur Hyderabad. Pawan Kalyan attended this function as chief guest. Chiranjeevi could not come to this function as he is gone abroad. However, he sent a pre-recorded video message to fans.

This function is also attended by Pawan Kalyan, Allu Arvind, Dr. K Venkateswara Rao, Nagababu, G Samaram, Nagesh (Physiatrist), BV Pattabhiram (magician), Minister in the state Govt Mandali Buddha Prasad, Siva Prasad (Deputy commissioner of police), Venu Madhav etc.

Pawan Kalyan cut the birthday cake of Chiranjeevi. He also distributed mementoes for the fans who donated blood maximum number of times at Chiranjeevi Blood Bank. He also presented gold medals to the toppers of 10th Class, Inter and EAMCET.

Nutan Prasad is given Allu Ramalingaiah’s memorial award for this year. Minister Buddha Dev Prasad, Allu Arvind and Dr. K Vanekateswara Rao felicitated Nutan Prasad on behalf of the trust and Chiranjeevi Rastra Yuvatha.

Nagababu and Buddha Dev Prasad felicitated child artist Sai Kumar who won national award for his work in Bommalata film.

Lots of cultural programs entertained the fans in this function. The highlight of the function is the Vandemataram performance by the students of Disneyland Public School. Nagaraj team, Vijay team, Nataraj team, Ravi team and Satya team performed dances to various popular songs from Chiranjeevi’s films. The other programs include Guruswamy’s reverse gear, Abbireddy Ramdasu’s fights, nagabhushanam’s mimicry and magic by BV Pattabhiram.

Dr. K Venkateswara Rao and Nagababu distributed voluntary blood donor awards to 50 people.

Chiranjeevi will become the chief minister - Nutan Prasad
Speaking on the occasion Nutan Prasad said, “I came to Shilpa Kala Vedika for the first time. I feel very happy to attend the birthday celebrations of Chiranjeevi. It is a memorable day to receive Allu Ramalingaiah’s memorial award on Chiranjeevi’s birthday. Me and Chiranjeevi stayed in the same hotel for 40 days for the shooting of a film. He told me that he would make the people spellbound with his dances. And he proved himself as one of the greatest dancers in film industry. Both of us received Nandi awards in two consecutive years. When I was working for Chiranjeevi’s Master film, Amitab Bachchan and Govinda used to work in the same studios. Amitab used to meet Chiranjeevi daily. Govindra used to do ‘padabhivandanam’ to Chiranjeevi. If Chiranjeevi comes to politics, he will definitely be the chief minister. This is the function done for the future CM of Andhra Pradesh. Ram Charan Teja is going to create history like Chiranjeevi in the future.”

Pawan Kalyan said, “I always watch out for our brother Chiranjeevi’s birthday. I don’t care about my birthday. He is not only a great actor, but a great human being with selfless social service. He is currently in abroad. I would like to wish him a very happy birthday in front of all his fans.”

Here is the message from Chiranjeevi, “I would like to thank everybody who wished me a happy birthday. I could not able to meet you personally today. It gives me a great satisfaction because of your social service though blood and eye donation. I am sure that you would continue to make me happy by indulging in more selfless social service.”

Chiru Mega Youth Force from Muscat donated two lakhs though Pawan Kalyan to the flood victims on this eve.

Pawan Kalyan also released the audio of Chirutha on this occasion. Aswini Dutt, Allu Arvind and Dr. K Vankateswara Rao attended this function.
