                                  Magadheera - 5 week No of shows screening record

Magadheera is became number uno movie in terms of gross, shares and no of shows screened across Andhrapradesh. Magadheera is going very strong in Hyderbad city, it is still running in 27 theatres in 6th week and in 5th week it ran in 36 theatres. This shows the magnitude of Magadheera success and it's collections.

Coming to the no of shows screened at Hyderabad city for 50 days, Magadheera surpassed the previous record with a huge margin. Earlier Pokiri ran successfully in Hyderabad, due to theatres not available at that point of time (due to the heavy release of Bangaram, Veerabhadra and Pournami releases in 2 weeks time) Pokiri released with less than 25 theatres and for 50 days, Pokiri shows were 4328 in Hyderabad. This is the highest for any movie for 50 days in twin cities. Now Magadheera crossed that record in just 25 days and at the end of 5th week the number of shows screened were 5504.

Magadheera 5 weeks shows were given below.

• For week1 Magadheera screened in more than 57 screens and no of shows were 1775

• For week2 Magadheera screened in more than 43 screens and no of shows were 1195

• For week3 Magadheera screened in more than 34 screens and no of shows were   928

• For week4 Magadheera screened in more than 27 screens and no of shows were   742

• For week5 Magadheera screened in more than 36 screens and no of shows were   864

Note: So total no of shows for 5 weeks in twin cities are 5504. Also in week1 and week2 almost all multiplexes (Prasads, Bigcinemas, Inox, PVR, Cineplanet, Cinemax) screened Magadheera in more than 2 screens and generated revenue to the max extent.

PS- : In Week5, Magadheera lost one day due to Beloved Chief Minister sudden shocking death.
