PRP Condemned CBN's verbal attack on Prime Minister

More than the Congress leaders, it was Praja Rajyam Party which has reacted strongly to Telugu Desam Party president N Chandrababu Naidu’s comment against Prime Minister Manmohan Singh calling him a sadist.

PRP president Chiranjeevi castigated Naidu for his “cheap language” against the Prime Minister. “A senior politician like Chandrababu Naidu should not have made such cheap remarks. It looks very silly to listen to such comments from him. He should have control over his tongue while speaking about a statesman like Manmohan Singh,” Chiranjeevi said, speaking to media in Tirupati.

Another PRP leader and former ministerial colleague of the TDP president, Kotagiri Vidyadhar Rao came down heavily on Naidu for calling the Prime Minister a sadist. “He has degraded the prestige of the entire Telugu people, who would never forgive him. Everybody knows Naidu himself does not give appointment to his own party leaders. He should tender an unconditional apology,” Kotagiri demanded.
